Michael Barrett Partnership is one of the leading Quantity Surveying and Cost Consultancy practices in the South of Ireland with a proven track record in providing total cost management for some of the largest construction projects in the region. This specialised cost management service has been provided to the Industrial, Manufacturing, Retail, Commercial, Leisure, Healthcare, Residential and Education sectors and we also specialise in the cost management of Historic Buildings, Mechanical & Electrical Services and Civil Engineering works.
The practice has available considerable resources of expertise in its qualified personnel, backed by the wide ranging experience and qualifications of its principals and senior management. Extensive in-house support services are available and particular attention has been paid to the use of I.T. as a tool to improve the quality of the service offered to our clients. The Partners maintain a policy of close personal involvement in all projects and close attention is paid to the quality and standard of work produced.
Established in 2000, Michael Barrett Partnership has grown considerably and now has a staff complement of 14 people, with offices in Cork, Dublin and Tralee.
